1Quis was founded by Dr. Dwi Suryanto, a leadership and management trainer with over 25 years of experience. He is also the CEO of Borobudur Training & Consulting, and the author of multiple books on leadership, organizational development, and strategic management.
Our team consists of educators, researchers, and engineers who believe that real impact comes from combining academic depth, practical tools, and AI-driven insight.
